2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. You may not share account credentials, reproduce course content, or use automated tools to access our services.
3. Course Enrollment and Access
Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable license to access the course content. Access is granted for the duration specified at purchase. Fleet managers may assign purchased seats to specific team members.
4. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Volume pricing discounts apply automatically at checkout for bulk seat purchases.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for courses where the certificate has already been downloaded.
6. Certificates
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course exam. Dot Compliance Academy certificates are for educational purposes and do not constitute legal compliance documentation unless accepted by the relevant governing body.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and platform design are the intellectual property of Dot Compliance Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dot Compliance Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
